Lenny Giller
President
Lenny has always been interested in technology and how to leverage it to improve productivity and user experiences. After completing his education in IT, he partnered with Michael Yudovin to run RTS.
As CEO, he directs a range of strategic initiatives to successfully leverage RTS’s core competencies in various technologies to meet customers’ needs and deliver added value. Lenny’s main point of concentration is to better service company’s offerings to meet clients’ ever growing demands. Having had to wear many hats throughout his career when running his business, Lenny has now a great benefit of understanding the small-to-medium size business needs in both technology and business aspects. This allows him to position the right technology solutions for each client’s unique needs.
Interesting facts about Lenny…
Lenny had a colorful childhood. His Ukrainian parents moved to Tajikistan where he was born and raised until he was 11 years old. He also lived in Israel for 6 years before he moved to the U.S. pursuing the American dream. As a result, Lenny speaks English, Russian, and understands Hebrew. His love of foreign cultures and cuisines prompted him to travel the world. He has visited over a dozen countries in Europe and the Americas so far, but his wish list also contains Australia, Japan and other Asian countries to explore their unique traditions and food.
When he is not devoting himself to his clients, Lenny is dedicated to his wife Irina and his two kids, Sasha and Adam. He loves golfing, enjoys sushi, and a fine glass of Old Fashioned.
Michael Yudovin
Sr. Engineer, CTO
As a Chief Technology Officer of RTS, Michael is responsible for providing leadership in the development, implementation and governance of clients’ information systems and technology infrastructure. He discovered his love for computing at the age of 5, while tinkering around on the MS DOS 5 operating system in his dad’s physics lab. By age 6 he was studying basic programming languages such as: Basic, Fortran, C++, Kobol. He emerged from college with a rudimentary grasp of IT and after only six months, he was overseeing IT operation of an international company’s remote branch.
Michael realized very early in his carrier that his entrepreneurial spirit needed more freedom than what being employed offered, so after obtaining an extensive experience as an IT consultant to various industries, he eventually partnered with Lenny Giller to open RTS. He continues to value flexibility and freedom in his work where he can troubleshoot and creatively solve IT issues for his clients.
Michael is married to his work and is a dedicated husband to Tatiana and his two kids.
